Go for bateriku as they offer Amaron. Good service and warranty easy to keep track via app. Fast service too. They even offer you discount during promotion too without asking.

I made a request via online from my office. less than 30 sec later they call me to confirm the appointment, I requested them to speak to my parents whom were at the time at home with the battery flat car. So I fix the timing, they came, and check on the battery condition, it advise it can be used if I wish to save up over the phone. I tell them just change since its not expensive. Even my parents praise how humble the technician were when they speak to my old folks. you know la, orang tua last thing you need is them kena conned. they did advise me to get another brand battery since its much affordable but I insist to get amaron since my experience so far with it was excellent. payment made via cash upon complete replacement and installation

Replaced twice on different cars with Bateriku.com
I give them 4.5 over 5.

The 1st time the service is very good as I was attended by their own staff.
The staff came at my office basement car park after office hour, did all the checks to make sure it was indeed the battery has gone flat or due to other factors. They were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

For the 2nd time, the service is still OK as I was served by one of their agent. The agent did the necessary job but he was kind in a hurry.

Do check on the age of the battery before accepting. I used Carput and they gave me an old stock i.e. more than 6 mths old despite me asking for fresh battery. Asked for replacement and they pusing here n pusing there !. Claiming warranty is not easy if you read the conditions they have. Some the batteries do have QR code so you can scan it and know instantly on the age of the battery.

Thanks for sharing this. May I ask which batteries have that QR code that you know of?

Really wished Malaysian batteries have manufactured dates like American batteries.

Used Carput three times already....once stranded outside at night, twice battery dead at home. All three times solved by Carput, batteries also lasted long time and very reasonable price. Will stick to Carput.

Batteries are like vegetable, perishable

Most importantly, you would want have your back covered when the battery failed or depleted because of other factor.

How BATTERIKU and carput handle claim process, how long? Anyone ?

To be Frank, all of my battery can use for at least 2-3yrs .and I have battery tester to check the voltage and state of charge ,state of health .

So for me ,i don't change battery last min. I will change when I feel like changing it , even it's in good condition.

Its cheaper, convenient and faster .can choose wat brand also .

bateriku so far quite convenient for me.

claim battery warranty as my amron is flat, tried to jump start/restart but failed even left after 20 min.

call bateriku, provide details on purchase/mileage etc and their guy come next day since the same day theres no slot available, inspect and give replacement battery while the bring the battery back. They'll return your battery in a week or two.

They gave you a replacement battery while they are away with yours?
So 1 week later, they return the flat one to you?

then its not really warranty already.
i tot they replaced with a new battery , then this is different.

it doesnt take them 1week to fully charge a flat battery also .
max 1day , 24hours , if use 3Amp charger.

then what is the point of getting from them, unless it is urgent case.

i would advise u to just get a battery tester , can easily get it at lazada at RM100 and car charger also @ RM200+ for Bosch , if u have more than 1car... and if ur car battery is more than RM200-300 each .... this is an small amount investment and u could almost worry-free on ur car battery condition.

at least u can know when ur car battery gone case.

i compared the price and find out they charged extra RM50-70 for each battery also.

i get from them for the sake of convenience. i give them a call and set appointment. saves me the hassle, and would be helpful if my wife car has issue with its battery.

charged extra for aftersale service/support..i dont mind either.

true . for ppl like u.

i get from them twice and find out its a hassle to wait for them for 1-2hours sometime ..LOL

i prefer to monitor the health myself ...easier. dont like surprise at all.

but just fully charge a battery and take 1week , thats not after sales .... it should be 1-1 swap ., becoz once the battery flat, the health status dropped at least 10-15% and would not last more than 1yr.
