Batteries are like vegetable, perishable

Most importantly, you would want have your back covered when the battery failed or depleted because of other factor.

How BATTERIKU and carput handle claim process, how long? Anyone ?

To be Frank, all of my battery can use for at least 2-3yrs .and I have battery tester to check the voltage and state of charge ,state of health .

So for me ,i don't change battery last min. I will change when I feel like changing it , even it's in good condition.

Its cheaper, convenient and faster .can choose wat brand also .

bateriku so far quite convenient for me.

claim battery warranty as my amron is flat, tried to jump start/restart but failed even left after 20 min.

call bateriku, provide details on purchase/mileage etc and their guy come next day since the same day theres no slot available, inspect and give replacement battery while the bring the battery back. They'll return your battery in a week or two.

Replace a new battery? Or the same battery

for my case...they give the same battery but fully charged.
yes, replacement battery given.

they return with fully charge battery.

then its not really warranty already.
i tot they replaced with a new battery , then this is different.

it doesnt take them 1week to fully charge a flat battery also .
max 1day , 24hours , if use 3Amp charger.

then what is the point of getting from them, unless it is urgent case.

i would advise u to just get a battery tester , can easily get it at lazada at RM100 and car charger also @ RM200+ for Bosch , if u have more than 1car... and if ur car battery is more than RM200-300 each .... this is an small amount investment and u could almost worry-free on ur car battery condition.

at least u can know when ur car battery gone case.

i compared the price and find out they charged extra RM50-70 for each battery also.

i get from them for the sake of convenience. i give them a call and set appointment. saves me the hassle, and would be helpful if my wife car has issue with its battery.
charged extra for aftersale service/support..i dont mind either.

true . for ppl like u.

i get from them twice and find out its a hassle to wait for them for 1-2hours sometime ..LOL

i prefer to monitor the health myself ...easier. dont like surprise at all.

but just fully charge a battery and take 1week , thats not after sales .... it should be 1-1 swap ., becoz once the battery flat, the health status dropped at least 10-15% and would not last more than 1yr.
