For Sea 10.1kg @rm5 is door to door? from GZ to KV how long? Minimum charge around rm55?

I have made a delivery order. How to know when to pay? The app doesn't tell you and there's no prompt. Messaged boxku on fb messenger and all he did was reply with the link to price estimation on boxku.com.

the warehouse already collected my item, and I already created an order for my item to be ship by plane but I haven't received any prompt for the payment

was curious because on the video guide on youtube showed the payment prompt was done after the warehouse collected the item and I didn't see any on mine so I just go ahead and book the item to be ship by plane first

was this correct?

The tracking didn't have details about which sorting hub and courier service they use. But parcel safely arrived this morning. Little bit surprised because didn't expect it lol.

So after this when status is Arrived hub must prepare for the delivery of it. Overall satisfied my friend happy with items I bought for her.

Boxku is not the cheapest. there is still others with cheaper option (by 30-50%) with the same quality services.

Initially I was with A and then tried Boxku to check it out the fees.

During my first two shipments the fees are reasonable. Come to my last shipment, I realised the fees are expensive after I received my goods .
Now I am using back A
