the warehouse already collected my item, and I already created an order for my item to be ship by plane but I haven't received any prompt for the payment

was curious because on the video guide on youtube showed the payment prompt was done after the warehouse collected the item and I didn't see any on mine so I just go ahead and book the item to be ship by plane first
