mm what if i downgrade it with 8500gt DDr3? does it consume lower voltage?
sorry im kinda noob sweat.gif

Presumably... this 8600GTS has external power connectors, whereas most 8500GT don't. This alone probably implies that they draw a lot less power smile.gif

guys what is the highest clock E2140 can reach?
*
Most E2140s wall around 400. Actually with air cooling most dual cores are probably limited to somewhere around 400-500 fsb.

i think a realistic range should be 450fsb max. i've not seen >450fsb at least on air cooling.
*
I remember someone made 470.

Orthos would always compute based on the default multiplier (a bug). It means if your CPU multi is 10x, even if you set 8x400, it will assume 10x400 (4.0Ghz) smile.gif That's the reason why it helps to show CPU-Z in screenshots.
*
Yea but that's just a display issue, shouldn't affect the operation smile.gif where are your MARS benchies LOL smile.gif very curious about that board smile.gif

LOL.. if that was possible no one would buy the E6xxx already smile.gif an overclocked E2xxx is just a very fast, very expensive-to-run E2xxx smile.gif
