hosts like Henry Golding, Marion Caunter, Ashraf Sinclair, Razif Hashim's food show, Zher, Belinda Chee were awesome... why no more of this?

from last time it was like that. Just last time it has shows like house and some good american series. I think because most of their viewers upgraded to astro so they only left the chinese viewers that refused to pay for astro.

Because when Media Prima bought them, they put in newspaper that they want to rationalise the channels by target audience.

NTV7 was more towards news channel.
8TV for Chinese, if I'm not mistaken.
TV9 for malay audience.
