the battery life did improve since last update but i do notice the phone get hot easily when using data now

Now overnight standby only around 4% used to be around 7 to 8. Satisfy with the battery now

Same as me!
I lost around that percentage even with low 4G signal and connected to WiFi.
Maybe next time if want to buy a Samsung, better opt for the Note series.
Have been a Note user since the 2, never disappoint me much.
The S series heard so much problem so far.

Did you try to format the phone?
Since 2.1 is a major update, maybe there is some issues during update that need a complete format?
I also using data, no issues so far.
Or if don't want to format, maybe wait for next update.
Samsung already released it in Netherlands, it is said to fix modem problem for Note 10.

but they haven't fix the issue with CNC Rivals.
Not sure it is Samsung issue or EA problem.

maybe due to the network congestion in ur area? MCO everyone using ur phone work harder to get data for u .

no more wifi after this imma going back to work

didnt format after update, during mco i less use data, keep using wifi didnt notice that until there is power failure in my house that day
might be also due to i keep checking on fb video and so on, will monitor after mco when going out

might be, since i am using maxis and i cant get full bar in my house,mostly 3 bar

Been eyeing for S9Plus in carousel, still waiting for the price drop to RM1k. But, not yet.

since u wan use camera no comment on s9+
confirm u buy over need change battery. my friend s9+ battery life is so shit powerbank all day hahaa

budget phone if no camera go for xiaomi hehe. one of my preferred china mid range brand

better get note 9 than s9.

I have dual sim and 2 bar at my room haha. Usually if no gaming I can use for 1.5 days all WiFi la. Got one old note4 that I used for spare when old phone rosak haha, need replace battery already.

those who get good screen on time, do u use always on display? or keeping everything to the minimum to maximize battery?

always on display from 8am till 1am everyday, QHD resolution, wifi on for 24hours everyday
i only set bixby routine to set battery mode to medium power saving when detected i am sleeping at night

I use tap to show for AOD, Bixby routine to turn off sync and on medium power saving from 1am to 8am

max screen reso, no always on display and medium power settings on all the time

Ye can use bixby routine can do quite alot of thing as well haha. I have DND on when I game auto on by routine as well

i think can squeeze more. usually the usage above is for 75% battery not 100%

honestly i never see a jitter in performance at all by limiting the cpu.
if i see i sure will switch back.

qhd tho is luxury that we must on all the time hahah.
