Purposely cracked my note10+ screen last week and get a free replacement at samsung centre. Well, not exactly free, still need to pay RM100.  Been using it for almost 1 year without any screen protector, got alot of micro scratch here and there. Luckily got the Samsung accidental screen protection, which will expired next week.

For a RM100, i got new screen, new battery, and new buttons.  And the original out of the box default screen protector is still the best among other 3rd party protector.

Guys i just scratched my screen protector from samsung. Will samsung replace it for free or have to pay ? Should i just replace with normal screen protecfor.

Coz my friend say huawei change it for free.

Has anyone tried using those after market phone coolers on note 10 plus. How does if fare ?

Can u still claim screen warranty without the default samsung screen profector ? Feel like wanna peel if off coz looks annoying with the scratch.

hi...  my phone this morning suddenly while charging, got Unplug charger message... because of moisture... hmm..

after i unplugged, the message still showing annoyingly non stop even after i unplug.....

why ya ? bugs or real moisture ??
