If they can repent, you wont see criminal keep repeating crimes.

What is the point of repent?
Who is going to give the victim a chance of life?

Imagine your family got murdered...
Imagine your wife or daughter got raped...
And then the criminal tell you he repent.
Only to commit another crime later.

Could be the parking behind IOI Mall. Most people do not park there unless there are no place because it can be very quiet after late at night. Another possibility is big parking near the LRT station.

That parking lot is damn dangerous

My uncle was robbed there by 3 indians last year. They had a knife and ransacked his car as he was walking to his car
