Right. Because no one will complete 100% of the jobs auto accepted by grab and you can't cancel more than 10% of them or drivers get banned. This is why drivers always ask riders to cancel, worst they didn't tell riders to cancel (riders sometimes mad when all drivers ask them to cancel, but the culprit was grab who offered the problematic job eg. No time bonus during jam/far pick up) and game the riders into making riders to cancel without telling them. Because if drivers asked riders to cancel too much drivers get banned too.
Grab is still the biggest in the business, so if one driver doesn't use grab they have to register at least 2+ other apps to keep it up with jobs. Grab is the only app who forced auto accept, all other apps are manual. Grab know they can do this because they are the monopoly now, if other ehailing app rise up grab is only killing itself with stupid auto accept.
Just to ensure what i known so far by repeating a bit.
Auto accept and back to back features are two different things right.
Auto Accept- once you have switch the power button on, a job is given automatically and driver must accept the destination. When you dropped off, there's no more job ? or it continues the second job for you as it said here Auto Accept since power button is not switch off yet.
Back to Back - sound similar but then it provides the second destination to you before u even press the Arrived Button.
For beginners, is it better to switch off the back to back right?
thanks.
