What' s the pros and cons in their apps , net profit, other benefits etc.

I don't really like the system where i can't choose the destination i want to be . For eg. i just want to do Puchong today. Grab don't give me a choice. how about other apps? I think who ever implement this choice for only by area to work, i believed majority will move out from Grab.

Mycar same job better income because lower commission, good flexibility

Grab got time bonus so if jam hour maybe grab pay better

Grab auto accept is one asshole, i hope grab fall like how corona virus fall china for their inconsideration. They think their empire is strong but nobody knows until tomorrow come.

Register few extra ehailing apps if you're full time, grab is definitely lack of flexibility and you gotta need a few other apps to keep it up.

hi thanks for sharing. the auto accept means the system will choose the passengers and feed the grab drivers right. Do you mean in other apps like MyCar, you can choose whether to accept or don't accept this passenger destination. If this is the case, this is the plus point.

Right. Because no one will complete 100% of the jobs auto accepted by grab and you can't cancel more than 10% of them or drivers get banned. This is why drivers always ask riders to cancel, worst they didn't tell riders to cancel (riders sometimes mad when all drivers ask them to cancel, but the culprit was grab who offered the problematic job eg. No time bonus during jam/far pick up) and game the riders into making riders to cancel without telling them. Because if drivers asked riders to cancel too much drivers get banned too.

Grab is still the biggest in the business, so if one driver doesn't use grab they have to register at least 2+ other apps to keep it up with jobs. Grab is the only app who forced auto accept, all other apps are manual. Grab know they can do this because they are the monopoly now, if other ehailing app rise up grab is only killing itself with stupid auto accept.

Just to ensure what i known so far by repeating a bit.
Auto accept and back to back features are two different things right.

Auto Accept- once you have switch the power button on, a job is given automatically and driver must accept the destination. When you dropped off, there's no more job ? or it continues the second job for you as it said here Auto Accept since power button is not switch off yet.

Back to Back - sound similar but then it provides the second destination to you before u even press the Arrived Button.

For beginners, is it better to switch off the back to back right?

thanks.

actually i want to continue doing , just that im not a multi tasking . i just want to drop off the customer first then only i decide my next ride. I might want to get down for smoking or get mineral water . I just don't like the quick response time which requires me to communicate with next clients while im still driving. Sometimes im already lost with waze and then i have to continue to determine my next location.

the power button when switch on, the auto accept is activated right?
so after i press the drop off button, i should quickly switch off the button before new job comes in?

Auto accept is job come in n u have no choice to decline it or not, except cancel which is limited.

B2b is job come in when u r still doing current job and there are still passenger in your car. So after u drop off ur current passenger u need to go next passenger immediately. If u want a break between job u need to switch off the green available for job button immediately after pick up a passenger, because if u don't there might be b2b job coming in anytime before u drop off ur current passenger.

thanks for explaining .
My Car is more flexible and can i choose where to go instead? For instance, my favourite place is in Subang and PJ. can i just do it in this 2 places? other places i don't really like to. thanks.

Thanks , will explore it. Grab seem to look down on Drivers more than Passengers. Driver have to go through all the nonsense rules but not training the Passengers to behave.
