I'll never forgive rudi for a stupid shanked clearance that gave away the corner, with friggin KANTE being the closest player to him, under zero pressure!when the ball trickled out, I was thinking how the hell did that end up going out on THE other side of the line?! For heaven's sake I could've smashed that out for a throw in at least. The defending that followed from azpi wasn't the best, same goes for tammy on the line, not sure what he was doing.

Giroud came on and actually did worse than him, at least the latter was keeping our play going when it got to him, but I guess that final lay off to nobody was the last straw for lamps. We were pushing hard for that winner, but why the hell wasn't anyone staying back near the touchline as insurance?

Once again I'm struggling to see what kante's role is in the team when we're up against teams sitting back. Is he supposed to periodically make runs into the box? Stay back and guard against counters? Because he did neither of them today and seemed like a passenger more than anything else. Someone like jorginho could've done the exact same thing, with the bonus of killer first time passes to help break down west ham.

Poor upfront and at the back, the only two players who did well were pulisic and willian. Lamps needs to drop some of his favourites in the next game, strange to see us with close to a full strength squad, yet somehow not being able to utilise them effectively.

Chelsea conceded 44 goals this season and Aston villa conceded 60 goals ~ 16 goals different not much difference consider we have better players then them...they may conceded more goals then us but they are better at defending set piece then us.

Maybe Terry can organised our defence and maybe train on set piece as a suggestion.

Every-time i watch chelsea defending set piece got that feeling they can concede at anytime.
