However, the problem only seems to exist in the photo mode. The picture above was taken with PRO mode and as you can see, PRO mode does not seem to be affected.

All pictures above were taken with 4:3 aspect ratio. The issue also affects pictures taken in 16:9 and full screen but to a lesser extent. 108MP and pro mode
does not seem to be affected. Indoor shots do not seem to be affected as well. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

In my opinion, you should go to SAMSUNG service centre to check out whether is hardware problems or software problems first.

It is totally impossible for a phone without heat during charging time, no matter is a 10W charger or 45W charger.

Give the phone at least 2 weeks time to get fully run in the software and hardware, then the screen on time will be more accurate that time compared to new device now.

It is because the government announced the movement restriction suddenly without giving us enough time to get prepare for everything.

LTE refers to 4G, VoLTE refers to voice over LTE.

It gives you clearer voice calls over the 4G network while you still can use the 4G data at the same time.

Two days ago, I went to uninstall the SAMSUNG Internet app in my SAMSUNG Galaxy phone with 4000mAh battery.

Before that, the phone will consume at least 4% battery (with 4G data on) during the 7 hours of sleeping time.

But now, it just consumes 1-2% only.
