Same. My main concern is only battery life as well. I see many review shows that SD 865 actually gives better battery life.

Worth or not will be up to you. You have to decide if SD variant is worth the extra money.

Pros and cons:
1. For SD, you do get extra 4GB RAM cause the SD variant is at 12GB RAM
2. For SD, you loses out on the warranty since it doesn't get local manufacturer warranty like the Exynos variant
3. For SD, better GPS and call signal (mileage may varies)
4. For SD, better performance and battery (mileage may varies)
5. For Exynos, cheaper by about 700-800 ish (without Telco plan) and better warranty coverage
