But yeah, I'm also limiting my unnecessary spending for now, which means, less buying of phones... A cousin offered me his S20 Ultra for RM3.8k few days ago but I politely declined. Harder to sell off second hand phones too coz of the MCO and potential buyers may have the fear that the phones are infected

The price was as low as RM2,999 just 2 days ago during Lazada's birthday sale. I'm sure you could get it for that price or lower during the next online sale, so yeah, you could look out for future sales

But if you are already using maxis and won't be switching anytime soon (and if the 98 plan suits you), then yeah, why not

I'm also on maxis One Prime, which means unlimited data, so yeah, since you're gonna be with maxis for long term, it makes sense to get them to subsidise your phone a bit
