it's not about the mount. i'm asking how you position your monitor with relative to your eyes.
which part same as eye level?
I am suggesting to get the mount so you can personally try out different setup and positioning on your eye level to the monitor.
For me I just make sure my back is straight while I am looking at monitors, eye levels varies depending on what I do.
Example, when I eat I usually set my office chair down so I can have my mouth closer to the table while watching content on the monitor at the same time. (feels like cinema front row)
When I work the eye level must be at least the the top 1/2 of the monitor while my elbows being 90 degree bend on the desk dealing with the mouse and kb.
Above is while I am at work place dealing with a 24 inches monitor.
At home I have a sit-stand desk that I can adjust depending on what I am doing combo with a main 27 inches monitor with vesa arm mount.
I position it quite far away but eye level is pretty much similar to at work.
But tbh having a large screen means you need to place it further away from your eyes, so eye level won't matter much already I guess?
I prefer the eye level to be at middle point of these large screen.
