Hi Silverlakers and Ex-Silverlaker,

I wish to know more about Silverlake because I have finished an interview with Silverlake recently.
As I see the post above, they say that this comp doesn't give any bonus.
What about the benefits of the company?
Does this company give monthly allowance or medical benefits to its employee other than the parking claim?
Normally people work in the office or in client site (mostly)?

So, the travel per diem is only for oversea? If work in HQ, can't claim anything other than parking?

Are all the department in Silverlake using RPG language?
How about the language used in deposit team, credit card team and investment team?

Yup. How about the language used in Investment Team?

Silverlake staff park at the basement level of KPMG tower using Season pass. because they can claim for their parking every month.
No LRT around the place. The nearest one is Kelana Jaya LRT station.
