Only NP staff or you have problem deal with ur own team lead and project manager will get such low increment. As i know if appraisal marks can pass 70 marks wont get such increment. U should go consult ur own team lead and project manager why u will get lesser than others.

If u reach certain level, increment amount wont follow the percentage anymore. They just give u 1 amount. By the way, 4 digits increment in silverlake is not a dream as i got it before.
