So many bad comments, but those were back in 2007.

So how is it in 2017? Still no bonus? Very little increment?

Also is SPRINTS their HQ ?
Going in as a software developer, some say it's a good stepping stone for fresh graduates, but will I get to use programming languages like Java/C++ ? I thought just AS400? no ?

yes, no bonus.
different department/team using different programming languages.
increment depends, 10%-20%.
But from what I get & what I knew, I feel UNFAIR that's the reason I leave. brows.gif

Thanks for the latest info
But unfair about what ? the increment ?

Also how often is the increment to actually compensate the annual bonus?
It actually don't sum up quite right if increment is by annual.

Yes, when u joined, share with your close colleague then u will know, but some ppl may "keep salary information confidential"  brows.gif
One of my colleague worked for 2 years to get his first increment. I also worked 1 and a half years to get my first increment.
So very depend on your joining timing.
I dont think can compensate the annual bonus, at least 14 months to do the adjustment, sometimes more than that.
which mean if you work more than 4-5 years, u loss 1 year increment in this company. rclxms.gif
