Because how well a tire performed in the dry doesn't really concern me as I hardly push my car to the max (city driving... how hard can you push anyway?) so it doesn't makes much difference anyway. But when it comes to wet condition... that is where its matters.... the ability to control the car and stop the car in wet condition makes a huge difference between being in a accident and not being in one... 

Anyhow... if you do get it.... please share your input/experience about it 
Any idea when will it be available in Malaysia's market?

The ECS is almost like CSC6 but available in 18'. It is categorized in the same class as CSC6 and PS4S, performance wise just slightly below only for dry but wet is excellent if not better. I actually like this more than PS4 coz no chipping issue.

Some tire shop in Sunway, forgot the name. I think you should be able to get or order it from any Continental shop.
