I meant to say damn *good quality. There was typo there
But in honesty, i changed my mom low mileage 2016 HRV factory Yokohama Blue Earth tires also 17''...4.5yrs car 28K km but oredy show visual signs of dry n crack in the tires edges.....thread still alot . Car always park indoor no sun dry parking also premature 5 yrs also the compound dried up . This is yokohama not china.

We didnt want to take d risk and changed all four tires...which was around rm1.2K for 4tires after 4.5yrs use.

Low mileage 5 yrs tires still want jimat 6-10yrs.....no thank you for me.
But im not to judge.

Buy continental then... their website also said guaranteed 10years from manufacturing date. Currently still using CSC5 that came with Kia Rio. Clocked 20K, tyre manufacturing date 2014. No cracks etc unllike Michelin and Yokohama which I used on company car. A little hard though.

Time to change tyre, mine 15". With the downpour situation, which is better for aquaplaning/hydroplaning and wet grip between RE004 and Michelin PS3?

Personal opinion - wet performance - PS3 outperforms RE004

Yes, for aquaplanning resistance, PS3 is the king cuz the water channels are big.

Good when its still have more than 60-70% thread , when you left like 10-15% thread need to be caution especially during the rain.

One thing that i like the most is , these tyre doesn't have those cracked line or tearing mark especially end of their lifetime. i have mine last for 50k km, thread left less than 10% but visually at the side wall still looks good.

What size are you looking at? Prices definitely vary depending on that.

With that being said, what i paid for RE003 is almost the same as RE004 (7 months already tho, changed at the beginning of the year).

PS3 definitely better in the wet.
Dry grip RE004 is marginally better in my opinion.

Cant comment on comfort or noise, not points which I look at.

Maybe others will be able to comment. Cheers!

Does Re004 comes in 195/50 R16?

I saw on product page it was listed as one of the sizes but when i contacted Bridgestone they told me they dont offer it. Even tayar shop only carry 205 sizes.
