Yes Allevia does look interesting. But its built on a much smaller land area (2.9acres) compared to Kiaramas Dedaun, almost 8 acres.

Also, Allevia is deeper inside JK3/4

There is also a huge monsoon drain right behind Allevia. Same one near Sefina/Inspirasi. It doesnt give me a good vibe

For Kiaramas Dedaun, it is right next to Penchala link , HTC nearby too (but not as near as Sunway Mont/Astrea).

So yes, no development is "perfect".

I'd like to know too. There have been new launches by UEM Sunrise etc .. even in DPC. But no sound or news from Asiaquest. At least give us an indicative date...

You are probably right. Next door Danai has private lifts.
This area (Jalan Desa Kiara) will no longer be quiet and exclusive , given the new Serene Kiara bungalows inside of Jalan Kiara 7. There are rumours that PP1AM will also be built next to Cendana. No idea how true

Unless they build a new exit, the traffic is going to be just horrible. Previously there were proposals to build a connecting ramp to Penchala.
