 CIMB didnt receive Public Bank Instant Transfer

Hello guys, newbie here just want to ask anyone encounter the same problem like mine? The whole situation is that: My friend(Public Bank) bank in to me on 28 of Jan using instant transfer, but until to this date 3/2/2020 i still havent received yet. I would like to ask is it possible PBB/CIMB system error? If so how long will it take for the bank to investigate and return back the money? Thanks.

Did your friend actually complete the transaction, was his account deducted, was the receiving account detail correct.

Transfer using DuitNow or acc number? Your friend should get immediate notification if money transferred and have your friend check if transferred to correct account?

Yes, he even screenshot me the e-receipt and i had double checked the details which is correct.

Transfer using account number using [/B]PBB App. He also screenshot the notification sms for me. Yup both of us had double confirmed as he also send me the screenshot of this e-receipt.

Instant Transfer is immediate. CIMB to Maybank only 10 seconds.

has hs confirmed the money deducted from his account. ask him to screen shot his transaction history then.

no matter what he should be calling his own bank to verify right .. from you pov, you didn't receive the money, means he still owes you the money from his bank

means his bank needs to verify and confirm where the money is.

screenshot can be photoshop
very unlikely there will be error and if there is error. The money will be return back to the owner.

TS, your friend is scamming you. Normally instant transfer within a few minutes already got in the bank account.

Uhm guys Case Closed Apparently when i ask for the transaction history only for him to realize its already credited back to his account on 31 Jan sweat.gif. He had sent me the screenshot of the credit return transaction e-receipt. Thanks everyone for the help and advise. Truly Appreciated for your time.
