Entering my 12th year in workforce, and in my 5th job. A lot of the advice here is very useful and pertinent.

Also, know when to call it quits and leave if things doesn't seem rosy or suit your strengths. I was fortunate my current employers were willing to overlook that I was only in my previous role for <6 months before looking out.
