I job-hopped a lot too for over ten years + but I have never been asked these three questions at all by my employers.

I have even gaps in my employment history. There are places where I worked for only 4 or 6 months in some companies. But yet, no one asked the below questions.

a) why did u leave ur last company?
b) why is there a gap in employment?
c) why this this this company short term only?

Your job hop history in your resume will be overlooked actually if your skills are valued.

By the way, I do not believe in any perfect company.

I have been to companies which paid higher than the market rate but the colleagues are toxic.

I have been to companies which paid below the market rate but I find it happier due to the calm and relaxed atmosphere and with friendly supportive colleagues.
