yes I believe so. 2 package offer from developer. one with hoc and one without hoc.

have anyone of you able to get loan for 90%, most of the bank that give 80% or lower due to discount.

I got 80% too, looks like quite hard to get 90%. I am still considering whether to continue applying from other banks or just give up.
Btw, anyone knows is there lots of defect/complaint for Eden Jalil project? Very less info on this project...

I can get 90% from public bank but this is before MCO and hoc discount jump in. so far as I know only 2 or 3 bank able to offer 90% loan.
for Eden I also got less information. went to see the house one time before. it look good in quality. sometime we cannot based on the previous projects to judge the developer quality cause they maybe will use diff sub con to build the house.

went to the site last week to see the progress. can see second row already start build the 3rd floor and 1st row still in the progress to build the foundation and second floor.

means if take HOC package, need pay 20% dp?? so much cash involved...
