I faced this issue too on my 3R. But I tried to factory reset and now having issues connecting to internet despite already connected to wired/ WiFi connection. Apparently there is a support number on WhatsApp that I saw in one of the FB group - 01128511101 (reached out but no reply yet)
Any facing the internet connection issue before can advise how to resolve?
Edit: Somehow after few rounds of restart, it manages to connect to internet via WiFi and managed to download the necessary tv apps again
