as i heard civic steering becos of electric power steering driven by separate motor not enjin belt. so it detect overheat under some condition.
need to know this reason.

actual drives is depend gearbox setup since torque can by multiply ratio

motor is native high torque but cannot be multiply since he direct to wheel (most efficient way).
enjin torque at low rpm is less so we r using gear ratio bro. real output number on wheel could be triple and more (common implemented ratio on jp brand vehicles). not even peak torque rev up

beside that, we not using full potential yet. unless we able bypass dc pwm or ac inverter. without these we cannot make slow creep at all. easy example is rapid lrt /mrt

drive pecut sure shorthen d lifespan of every components therefore factory cant give long warranty as per offered now

Seems like the new Camry Hybrid's combined torque is lower than the torque of previous Camry Hybrid, so concur with what you are stating I guess.

that why dyno shop use nearest 1:1 gear ratio to check horse power n torque.
if everybody use 1st gear to dyno we get crazy torque man.
tyre play wheelspin also happen on 1st gear easily from enjin torque being multiplied up many times

weakness after gear multiply= limited gear speed else enjin explode. afterall high rpm increase resistance to piston movement+ stress to all drivetrain related.

so we need to shift next gear which produce less torque. at this point electric motor win becos it never shift, maintain output steady
