Hey guys, as this car is at the moment quite rarely seen on the road, I'm curious about one thing.
I was told by a Sales Advisor that it takes up to 2 months+ to get the car.
Quite contradicting, are they really low on stock because there are so many buyers queuing or the SA is trying to sell the old units (ugly infotainment head units)?
Coz a week after the booking, SA told me, if I want quick, there's a RM3000 discount (because of the ugly head unit) and I can get the car much faster.
So is this a sales trick or for some reason, everyone who bought the car also had to wait 2-3 months (since UMW announced about the new head unit upgrade)?
Thanks for the SST SST SST rebate under Covid 19 stimulus package. Discount percentage is vary in depending on car prices. I was told by a Sales Advisor that it takes up to 2 months+ to get the car.

Many potential car owners are waiting 2 - 3 months after paid booking .. Not only Toyota car, you name any automotive brand, walk into any showroom, ask few questions, pretend to be a car buyer and you will get the same waiting periods..
