Box bad or the playtv app is garbage that crashes all the time? These keep happening

- Launch app, app crashes right away, back to home
- Launch app, change channel, app crashes, back to home
- Use time shift (ff, rewinds, cat-up etc) crashes, have to be very gentle with it
- "streaming connection interrupted" (OTT-01999) error pops up sometimes, usually have to restart
- "replace device" page appears sometimes, usually after restarts, then it'll restart again after "replacing device"
- Sometimes it'll just crash for no reason, freezes in the middle of playback

Usually happens after taking the box out of standby. Need to restart the thing almost daily now, very annoying, and I'm terrified of using the time shift features. Anyone else with the same issues?
