It says, it got 3 packages that have unifi plus box.

-300mbs + unifi plus (rm199 -> rm139 promo)
-100mbps + unifi plus (rm189 -> rm129 promo)
-30mpbs + unifi plus box (rm149 -> rm89 promo).

I wonder, is the promo price true or not?  The promo price is much lower than my current subscription of 100mpbs + utlimate pack + old hypptv @rm159/month.

first time seeing these "slashed" prices.

anyway, if true... 300mbps rm139 + new box + ultimate pack if u had it before... looks reasonable, not too bad.

I read that now tm no longer allow existing subscribers to get the unifi plus box by just topping up RM10 per month for 2 years... can anyone confirm this?

Anyone here managed to get the Plus Box as existing customer? I spoke to Customer support but they give me no option except to downgrade to 300Mbps and sign a 24 months contract which I'm very hesitant just for a TV box. But having a 2nd box for other part of the house is a good thing for me to maximize my current Ultimate Pack.

Anyone ada jalan just for me to buy the box outright?

Coz nowadays nationwide no stock for plus box.

Some of CS lazy or afraid to deal this, coz cust will keep chasing bila sampai the box..

Luckily I manage for it... Just the thing is no stock, don't know need wait how long for it..

Yes, I also realize suddenly animax already remove from Unifi TV..
Don't know what their brain doing or agreement issued, such a good channel such as Red HBO previously also removed.

Nowadays in Unifi TV langsung nothing much channel to watch.. Unless you go for FOX Movies..
I plan to use this box for old folk watching local channels n news like asxxx which can able to use remote control press by numbering..

If tell the old folk using the wireless keyboard mini to control and watch channels, they feel very troublesome and don't know hw to use...
If using wireless keyboard mini like that, I think they won't be watch the channels..

At the end, I pay for RM30/mth tv package just like throw to the sea...
N some-more cannot remove channels..

TM is about to give me a Unifi Plus box since I renewed my plan on UPB. My questions:
- Can we use Unifi Plus box and old white box at the same time? I am planning to use Plus box on main TV and white box on another TV
- Does the Plus box use normal Internet connection or must use the VPN LAN connection like the white box?

I was on 300 mbps turbo plan at RM 149/month. They stopped discount after 24 months and charged RM 209/month. Now they are offering the same plan I am on, 300 mbps with Ruby Pack, for RM 159/month. Lock in 24 months but give Unifi Plus box. Other options were RM 139/month 300 mbps with no Unifi TV or RM 179/month 300 mbps with all Unifi TV channels.

yes i would suggest you to get a 2nd hand one. since both of them using the same login and password which ends with @iptv.

Is it true that the new unitv box is using 'standard internet' as compared to the old box that using a 'dedicated 8Mbps line via LAN 4?
