Ive made a formal report on quality of upscaling and mention the older box has better piccies than the new ones. They mentioned they are aware and if need be replacing me an improved box after multiple counter measures. Uhm..

Confirmed by technician black box pq cannot support 4k for Unifi tv. However, for this to go to management or product development the remark on their work order system must be made to explain such.

Ive made 3 calls so far and they are trying to close down my work order.

Received proper notification from TM that Apps inside unifi plus box cannot support 4k content ans such the awful display.

It is indeed a misrepresentation of advertising. uhm.
