The technical attend to my premises and try done factory reset and said your TV box got faulty. They said so called "memory corrupted". I feel like that is totally non-sense.. If my TV box memory failure or corrupted, then other streaming apps like iqiyi and netflix together cannot watch too..
However, I got showed them the streaming apps still can watch. Only your lousy Unifi TV 2.0 cannot watch. The denied the statement, and technical leave with conclude the statement. Said if want replacement, then request you RM53 technical fees with renew contract. Or else if don't want to renew contract, then need pay lump sum RM200+.
Idiot their max level and I requested to terminate TV pack, but they deny to do so, saying this is bundle must take.
Freaking frustrated already plus my old folks start make noisy with me. Cannot tolerance anymore raise up to mcmc for this incident.
Like yours case also similarly like mine, I suggested you better raised up to mcmc directly. Not need liase with unifi teams anymore, due to their idiot level of s*** 2.0 apps.
