This guy is high.
There are so many things people eat and drink, which has nothing to do with nutritious value. Is there any thing good from smoking? No but people still smoke like a boss and the smoke killing others peoples. Yet, the sales still going on. This post has been edited by Newsray: Jan 18 2020, 10:31 AM |

QUOTE(cHaRsIeWpAu^^ @ Jan 18 2020, 11:11 AM) Thanks for the info.I've reddit and its just seem like the article is grasping at straws to relate paku pakis with cancer. Mind you there's hundreds varieties of ferns in the world, and who is to say the one malaysian normally consume may be a different spesies. Plus, based from what I read the amount of the carcinogenic compound is really dismissable. If you clean your veges thoroughly and prepare them properly, it should be safe to consume. My advice is, don't look at everything too seriously. Otherwise, you'll be bound to not eat anything since everything may contain traces of chemicals, poisons, etc. here's an example: QUOTE Broccoli, apples, onions, oranges, strawberries, lemons and mushrooms all contain acetaldehyde, a natural by-product of oxidation and a known human carcinogen. If you close your eyes you can practically taste it. sos |

TS bodoh. Sekarang baru tau. Mana ada org eat Shark fin soup for health benefits. People eat shark fin soup because sedap.
Shark fin on its own is tasteless. The key is in the soup itself. Anyway, like most people say here, most shark fin are fake nowadays. |

Its true, shark fin is only consumed as a luxury item. You are seen as wealthy or "atas" to be able to afford shark fin
If it doesn't have that luxury tag, I doubt anyone would want to eat such tasteless fare that has no known nutrition value. Many are now trying to change the "shark fin = luxury" mindset, hopefully we can remove (or at least minimize) this practice in the near future. https://www.scmp.com/lifestyle/article/2137...-wildlife-trade |

QUOTE(Sycamore @ Jan 18 2020, 10:15 AM) I heard that Sharks generally don't like to live in confined spaces. They prefer to just wander around in open ocean and hunt as they go. That's why many aquariums often cannot house more than a couple of sharks due to space issues and possible aggression towards other sharks. So if large aquariums also got problems keeping them, just imagine trying to breed and raise hundreds or thousands in an even smaller space |
