maybe shes not pretty enough or so she thinks. if the girl is confident. she wouldnt care. this is usually a guys problem when guys target your gf.

I think for most girls it's natural for them to be possessive of their man. Maybe transparency helps in your case, just inform her whenever you go out eat with all female colleagues. Sure she may not like it, but it shows u are honest and transparent with her.
