I think for most girls it's natural for them to be possessive of their man. Maybe transparency helps in your case, just inform her whenever you go out eat with all female colleagues. Sure she may not like it, but it shows u are honest and transparent with her.

Then later when get home, shower her with a bit more affection to reassure her that she has nothing to worry about over the other girls
