no, the duration has been extended but each usage is lower.
if u maintain ur usage in a long run (exceeding the original contract period), yes, it is more expensive

but ppl like me, i may not be here, say within 5 years, i migrate, then i save

except this is not a bank, and it is not mandatory installment

not to mention, take in the consideration of inflation and salary adjustment, the expenses are lower
