Who cares rich or not, just gives the breakfast to ensure they really have enough energy, nutrients and healthy diet.
Healthy body and healthy mind.
Some parents rich or not dont know the importance of breakfast.
They are our future, dont politicise them.
Gov trying to separate rich and poor kids? Segregation mindset.
Let all have it equal at school.
I think i saw in Japan or USA students lining up for breakfast/lunch. I think it is a good thing to have here.
Students hospitality.

if you give out food to everyone there is gonna be wastage.
the more privilege ones will not eat the food as they have access to better meals.

already said just give food stamps to the poor will be enough. no need to find catering this and that, and then also audit this and that. cause unnecessary problems only.
