Oat you must put in zip lock bag (tupperware cannot). Beras put in fridge, the "kutu" can't survive in low temperature.

Dont buy rice that have high % of beras hancur..
I just buy 2kg jasmine basmati one.. can last like 1 - 2 months.. and it got seal one.. For oats better buang je la.. cannot do much.. Or buy the 3-in-1 one |

buang je... problem is if too many kutu inside, then you can see some beras actually kosong kena makan... eat also mcm makan shell sje
