1. uneducated
2. they survive by working within their own community
3. staying within same community, no need speak other language/s.
4. all gov and banking stuff, let their kids handle it.


this only happen to the uneducated old generation, probably >60s.

Not all C are born rich la.. i know of someone, no car, no motor. work as kuli. send kids to school and thankfully they are successful and able to buy hse for parent.
