ive met plenty of ppls who cant converse well in BM/BI myself... but to the extent of struggling to understand BM, and cant understand english at all, while living in kl, this is the 1st time...

theres plenty of ppl who cant speak malay/english in rural/pedalaman area. eg. ibans in rumah panjang, old murut ppl in kalabakan, ive met them before. but that because little to no interaction with outsiders...

but in KL, how did u evade mingling with other race?
