If the folks in Nissan are unhappy as what Ghosn is saying, he could have just resigned and walk away. He has the mney and stuff, no one forced him to go through with the change agenda.
So many cases where there's disagreement at the top, the CEO resigns citing differences in the way forward. Nissan is not his grandfather's company, he has no skin in saving the firm.
Say japan koyak, Lebanon, Brazil and France lebih koyak when it comes to the rule of law index....
Rich people have different standards.....can run away from the law, this is how the world is.

There is some rumor that French have been asking carlos to increase Renault share in Nissan.
So they use law to remove him and put him in silence for few yrs. Unexpecting happen and the secret is out.
Now Japan and Nissan in shame. Specially the Japan legal system.
Nissan now is bleeding and share is down every month. That some sort of prove the carlos comspiracy story is real.
Somebody in Japan will harakiri.
