It is probably Japanese see Nissan as GLC and foreign taken over will not be happy for them?
It been some time that Nissan internal not happy that Renault taken advantage of Nissan.
There is some rumor that French have been asking carlos to increase Renault share in Nissan.
So they use law to remove him and put him in silence for few yrs. Unexpecting happen and the secret is out.
Now Japan and Nissan in shame. Specially the Japan legal system.
Nissan now is bleeding and share is down every month. That some sort of prove the carlos comspiracy story is real.
Somebody in Japan will harakiri.

If they are unhappy, they can take Nissan out of the union with Renault.......money can settle a lot of things. This is Japan after all, one of the richest in the world. The Japanese government can do a lot of things, including talking to the French government. Or getting Toyota or Honda to acquire Nissan to keep it all Japanese. As to whether Nissan will remain profitable with this move, it's up to debate.
If Ghosn's Nissan leadership team is unhappy about this, they can either all resign or pressure Ghosn to resign........You cannot fire your entire leadership team and hope to run a successful company, work still needs to be done. You can be the best CEO but if you cannot get the team the work, working with its culture, there's no way you can be successful. There's also no way of transplanting Renault's culture into Nissan.....it just wouldn't work. Look at the disaster of the DaimlerChrysler merger.......Someone like Ghosn will know.
Ghosn's story is just too convoluted to be true. Even giving him the benefit of the doubt, he's probably hiding some shit. With his wealth, he can easily hire the best defence lawyers and his court case will be publicized and scrutinized by the international press. He is now just an wanted international fugitive running..........Will you still want to have professional relationships with someone who skipped bail from a G7 country? Japan is placed among the top in the rule of law index, accusing it of being a broken system doesn't lead much credibility to your case....might as well say the US system is also rigged
