I have long since decided that I won't waste money buying a house when I can enjoy it for less by renting one.

I currently live in an apartment in Mont Kiara, my estimate is my landlady is actually subsidising me by at least RM900 each month for me to live in her property. The rental I pay definitely does not cover the mortgage payments and she still has to pay for the building management fees as well as insurance.

Malaysia is such a fantastic place, my apartment even comes with its own washer and dryer.
