can, 500W no problem the problem is using a cap Ayam PSU, If PSU kaboom and burn your house down/ fry another component, don't complain and manufacturer warranty won't cover, also you might want at least 550W to 600W(for more headroom, especially for OC), 450W is the minimum according to cooler master PSU calculator

At least go for proper brand like cooler master, corsair.... got money to buy high spec system, but no money to buy core component of a computer
