Then make a claim that that amount is 100% belongs to your wife

Then propose that the remaining amount plus the bungalow value be split equally between the children of your uncle's wife's mother ie your uncle's wife and brother

Though frankly if your uncle's wife no balls to say anything there's nothing you can do
