i am consider high class by the definition. gaji 5k wife gaji 5k so household 10k la. but i live very bajet life also x cukup already. have 1 kid. below is expenses for the whole family a month.

normal food only la. very bajet now food expensive. one person rm10 then consider breakfast lunch dinner already rm90 per day. one month rm2700

Ideal estimate for a month (Example for factory worker, single life)

F&B - RM10 per day x 30 day = RM300 (Cut half if lunch provided)
Transportation - RM300 maybe (Or free if company provide)
Home - RM300 for room rental (Or free if company provide)
Others such as internet, healthcare, toileteries, etc. - RM200

Possible total expenses monthly - RM1100

Your expenses depends on your income. Lower wages, means that you have to live with less luxury. If it's not enough, you'll need extra income, ( or find better paying job).

Factory worker would normally share house, do money collection to buy groceries, to survive).

Chinese cooking is simple and fast.

I this evening cooked a nice chicken wings stew in ginger soya sauce. Chicken wing is prepared, just have to bring it down to the fridge in the morning. Evening when I reach home, take it out, and dump it into the cooking pot.

Yesterday..I cooked minced pork in Thai basil, cooked dry. Goes well with white rice.

After cooking I even have time to go for a daily 30 minutes run.

No time then make time.
