No time? Then make time.
It's all said planning and preparation. Waste you buy groceries fun the market, plan it out and pack according to your plan.
You don't have to make complicated meals.
Chinese cooking is simple and fast.

I this evening cooked a nice chicken wings stew in ginger soya sauce. Chicken wing is prepared, just have to bring it down to the fridge in the morning. Evening when I reach home, take it out, and dump it into the cooking pot.

Yesterday..I cooked minced pork in Thai basil, cooked dry. Goes well with white rice.

After cooking I even have time to go for a daily 30 minutes run.

No time then make time.
