How to check ownership history of a used car?

May I know How to check ownership history on a used car? For example, how many ex-owners for a particular used car?
Whenever there was a car ownership transfer, the Vehicle Ownership Certificate (VOC) will only show the new owner info, right? Pls advise. Thanks. |
