I just subscribed to Celcom Fibre 300Mbps@RM100 per month. My question is, how do I request a public IP address? Sometime I got blocking because the CGNAT users are spamming. Please help

So far I have no problem, been using it for a month now



The only problem is only the public IP. I have some sites that I always surf, and it is using Sucuri WAF. That WAF has blocked the IP i am using, restarting the router does not solve the problem as the server keeps giving me the same public IP pool. Guess I have to call the customer service to enable the dynamic public ip for me. Anyone have done this?

P/s: I have a dedicated VPS server but I don't want to use any VPN service, at it will sacrifice my speed and latency.
